My journey into the world of Tusk restoration began at the Boneyard Alaska, where I learned the art of breathing new life into these remarkable materials from top artist Chuck Leake who taught me how to stabilize and restore the full tusks we have recovered.

The process of working with the small, often broken pieces we discover there provides me with an incredible creative outlet, which I affectionately refer to as "Mammoth Magic." It's the feeling you experience when holding a fragment of our shared pre-history, a feeling I'm honored to share with you.
