**Ice Age Treasures — Terms of Service**

Welcome to Ice Age Treasures. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they're written plainly, because that's how I work.

1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of iceagetreasures.com and any purchase you make here. "I," "me," and "my" refer to Kristin Park, doing business as I T by KRP / Ice Age Treasures, based in Arizona, USA. "You" refers to the customer or visitor.

2. Products and Purchases
Every piece in my shop is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted from genuine fossil ivory sourced from ancient Ice Age animals — primarily woolly mammoth — recovered from Alaskan permafrost by The Boneyard Alaska, discovered and gathered by the Reeves family. No modern animals are harmed in the making of any piece.

Because each item is unique, product photographs represent the actual item for sale unless otherwise noted. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent; you are legally permitted to purchase fossil ivory products in your jurisdiction; and the information you provide (name, address, payment) is accurate and complete.

I reserve the right to cancel any order at my discretion, including if an item is found to be damaged during final inspection before shipment. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a significant error affects your order, I will contact you before fulfillment.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by USPS, responsibility for transit passes to the carrier.

Ice Age Treasures is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, refused delivery, or failure to claim a package from a local post office or customs facility. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

5. Intellectual Property
All photographs, written descriptions, designs, and content on this website are my original work and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without my written permission.

If you'd like to share my work on social media or in editorial contexts, please credit "Ice Age Treasures" or "Kristin Park / Ice Age Treasures" and link back to iceagetreasures.com. I genuinely appreciate it.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ice Age Treasures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of this website — including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits — even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

My total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

8. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
