Refund Policy Ice Age Treasures — Refund & Return Policy Last Updated: July 8, 2026

Every piece I make is one-of-a-kind, and I stand behind my work. If something isn't right, I want to know — and I want to make it right.

Returns I accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the item must be: Unworn and unused In its original condition, with no signs of damage, alteration, or wear, and returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). To initiate a return, contact me through the website before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted. Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Please note: Because each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, I do not offer exchanges for a different item. If you'd like something different, a new order would need to be placed.

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items that are in original condition. This reflects the time required to re-photograph, re-list, and re-package each unique piece. The fee is deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number and a clear description of the damage. You will need to file a claim with the carrier. Provide photographs of the item and the packaging along with your purchase receipt to the carrier.

I take great care in packaging each piece, but if something went wrong in transit, I'll work with you to file a carrier claim and find a resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a partial refund, full refund, or store credit. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may be difficult to process with the carrier, so please don't wait.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return: Custom or commissioned pieces made to your specifications Items returned after the 14-day window Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery.

International Orders International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees. These charges are non-refundable. If a package is returned to me due to non-delivery (refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable address), I am not responsible for the original shipping cost or any return shipping fees.
