This Bolo Tie is crafted from hand-polished Woolly Mammoth Ivory and adorned with Turquoise tips, making it truly one-of-a-kind. The Woolly Mammoth ivory used was discovered and recovered from a broken part from a Woolly Mammoth Tusk found at the Boneyard Alaska. Showcasing an exquisite dimple artifact (I think its unique and didn't want to remove it by sanding it off) that has been naturally mineralized through exposure to the Permafrost and muck layers.
The high-quality rolled and braided leather used in its creation ensures durability, while the slide tension clasp protects the leather from damage. Originally popularized in the early 1900s by South Western Native American and Western Cowboy cultures, Bolo Ties continue to be a beloved fashion accessory that reflects the cultural heritage of the American West. Suitable for men, women, and children, this Bolo Tie pays homage to the iconic Old West and the American Cowboy and of course the Woolly Mammoth and megafauna that once thrived. Made in America, 100%.

Enjoy it! Keep dry as ivory doesn't like being wet. Use a clean dry polishing cloth to buff. Treat ivory jewelry like a fine gem or fossil. No soaps or detergents. If you have any other care questions let me know. Thank you, Kristin
