Marked and inked Christian Cross pendant made with Woolly Mammoth ivory discovered at The Boneyard Alaska. I made this out of a tusk piece recovered at the Boneyard Alaska. A rare artifact handled by only a select few "Master Boners" during discovery and stabilization. Sterling .925 bale. Makes a perfect gift!
The Boneyard Alaska has become renowned for being a significant paleontological site where thousands of Ice Age fossils have been discovered. Located in Fairbanks Alaska, the site is famous for its extensive collection of woolly mammoth tusks, bones, and other Megafauna animal remains. The Boneyard Alaska is owned by John and Ramona Reeves owners of Fairbanks Gold Company Alaska.

Enjoy it! Keep dry as ivory doesn't like being wet. Use a clean dry polishing cloth to buff. Treat ivory jewelry like a fine gem or fossil. No soaps or detergents. If you have any other care questions let me know. Thank you, Kristin
