Hand crafted and polished Woolly Mammoth Ivory and Kingman Turquoise BOLO tie with antiqued silver hammered arrowhead tips. Beautiful Kingman Turquoise Cabochon. One-of-kind.  Proudly made with Woolly Mammoth Ivory Tusk shard discovered and recovered at The Boneyard Alaska. Beautifully maintained artifacts in the bark (outer layer) of the Mammoth tusk.  The color comes from mineralization from the Permafrost and muck layers at the Boneyard Alaska. I use a high grade rolled and braided leather with easy slide tension clasps that won't destroy your leather.

Bolo Ties are a distinctive Western neck tie that originated in the early 1900's popularized by South Western Native American and Western Cowboy cultures. It is still a popular fashion accessory reflecting the cultural heritage of the American West. Bolo Ties are worn by men, women and children.

Care Instructions

Enjoy it! Keep dry as ivory doesn't like being wet. Use a clean dry polishing cloth to buff. Treat ivory jewelry like a fine gem or fossil. No soaps or detergents. If you have any other care questions let me know. Thank you, Kristin
