Woolly Mammoth Ivory from the Boneyard Alaska hand carved into "The Colorful Tree of Life" Pendant. Bold and beautiful this pendant is hand carved into the Mammoth Ivory Tusk Bark saving the natural characteristics of the outer bark layer.
Over thousands of years the bark of the tusk absorbs the surrounding detritus. Detritus is the matter composed of leaves and other plant parts, animal remains, waste products, and other organic debris that falls onto the soil or into bodies of water from surrounding muck and vegetative decay. This offers unique mineralized color from the Permafrost it has been in for 10's of thousands of years. Be one of the first humans to hold this piece of Mammoth Ivory and enjoy it for generations.
I hand carved and India inked this pendant I named "The Colorful Tree of Life". Created exclusively with Woolly Mammoth Fossil Ivory found and recovered at the Boneyard Alaska with broken irreparable tusk pieces of mammoth tusk ivory. You will be one of the first few humans to have ever held this Ice Age ivory fossil pendant and a piece of jewelry you can enjoy for generations.

Enjoy it! Treat like a fine gemstone and fossil. Wooly Mammoth Ivory is porous and will naturally absorb your body oils which is a benefit as it is nourishing and enriches colors in ivory and creates a special unity. Handling and rubbing your ivory is also calming and meditative and inspiring. Avoid water and soaps and handle with care.
