Boneyard Alaska Woolly Mammoth Ivory Carved Christian Cross Pendant
Boneyard Alaska Woolly Mammoth Ivory Carved Christian Cross Pendant
Carved Christian Cross pendant made with Woolly Mammoth ivory discovered at The Boneyard Alaska. I made this out of a broken and irreparable tusk piece recovered at the Boneyard Alaska. Beautiful colors and natural stain from permafrost mineralization. Add to your jewelry collection with rare Mammoth Ivory that has been frozen in the permafrost at the Boneyard Alaska since the last Ice Age. You are most likely the one of a few humans at most that will have ever touched it! Makes a perfect gift!
The Boneyard Alaska has become renowned for being a significant paleontological site where 100's of thousands of Ice Age fossils have been discovered. Located in Fairbanks Alaska, the site is famous for its extensive collection of woolly mammoth tusks, bones, and other Megafauna animal remains and is owned by my brother John and his wife Ramona Reeves; owners of Fairbanks Gold Company, Fairbanks, Alaska.

Enjoy it! Treat like a fine gemstone and fossil. Wooly Mammoth Ivory is porous and will naturally absorb your body oils which is a benefit as it is nourishing and enriches colors in ivory and creates a special unity. Handling and rubbing your ivory is also calming and meditative and inspiring. Avoid water and soaps and handle with care.
