Hand-carved woolly mammoth ivory arrowhead — a truly singular piece that channels 40,000 years of Ice Age heritage. Carved from authentic mammoth ivory sourced from the Boneyard Alaska. These ancient remains rested for over 40,000 years buried deep in Alaskan permafrost before being discovered and recovered. I only use the small broken pieces that we call sherds. If we can repair a broken tusk that we can match up we do, but small broken pieces are impossible to match.
This hand-carved arrowhead showcases the natural grain and warm tones of fossil ivory, complemented by a vintage trade bead. Bold, ancient, and unapologetically raw—a wearable artifact in the form of an arrowhead. This pendant is as unique as the Ice Age giant it came from.

Enjoy it! Keep dry as ivory doesn't like being wet. Use a clean dry polishing cloth to buff. Treat ivory jewelry like a fine gem or fossil. No soaps or detergents. If you have any other care questions let me know. Thank you, Kristin
