Beautiful Carved Arrowhead Pendant made with Woolly Mammoth tusk Ivory discovered at the Boneyard in Alaska. Sterling silver bale. Colorfull greens and blues well kept from the permafrost mineralization. This hand carved is carved on both sides showing off the classic tusk ivory colors.
As always made exclusively with materials discovered at the Boneyard Alaska with gratitude for the Megafauna that lived and died in the Goldstream Valley and my brother John Reeves for never giving up and always looking down for what he can discover.
The Boneyard was discovered 40,000 years after the Ice Age by John and Ramona Reeves. The Boneyard Alaska collection has peaked scientific curiosity since we find the remains of animals that were never supposed to be up that far north. The Boneyard is the largest private Megafauna bone and tusk collection in the USA and among the top 5 collections in the world today. Other large collections are owned by nation states.

Enjoy it! Keep dry as ivory doesn't like being wet. Use a clean dry polishing cloth to buff. Treat ivory jewelry like a fine gem or fossil. No soaps or detergents. If you have any other care questions let me know. Thank you, Kristin
